The Washington, D.C., based consulting firm, which has been helping companies build web applications, is working with some of the world’s biggest technology companies, including Facebook and Google, to find creative talent for the new hires.
The firm, based in New York, is partnering with a group of talent agencies to recruit web designers, designers and other designers.
“We want to be able to help you create and execute your own content and your own brand in your own space,” said Josh Miller, senior vice president of Google’s design group.
He said that the firms hope to hire about 3,000 people a year.
Google is a huge company with billions of dollars in revenue.
Facebook has about 8.5 million employees, and Twitter has about 7.5 billion monthly active users.
In recent years, the technology companies have struggled to attract the best and brightest talent to their companies, and they have been slow to hire enough people to fill the positions.
Facebook hired only 2.4 percent of the applicants it hired for its first design director position, according to the New York Times.
The hiring effort is part of Google Ventures’ effort to increase its presence on the design and development teams.
Miller said the company’s goal is to bring in 10 to 15 people a month by 2018.
As part of the partnership with talent agencies, Google is hiring new designers and others to help its designers design the new websites for its clients.
For example, the firm has a client that wants a new website for its app store that uses the latest Web standards, Miller said.
Google has also been hiring designers for its mobile apps, which have been struggling to get a foothold.
Google Ventures has invested in the social networking app WeChat, which is based in China and uses an artificial intelligence platform to improve user experience.
WeChat was launched in 2015.
It uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve the speed of conversations and improve the accuracy of the information that users are sending.
Many of the services that WeChat uses are proprietary to Facebook.
Facebook says that it uses the technology to improve its mobile app and other services.
Miller said that Google and the talent agencies are also looking for designers who can work with existing developers, so that the new jobs can be created quickly and quickly outsourced.
A Facebook spokesperson said that Facebook has a long history of hiring designers and developers.
Some of the jobs are temporary.
Others are permanent.
In May, for example, Miller told The Washington Times that the firm was hiring 10 designers to work on its new product redesign for the company.
